Article 7.2

(Consequences of early termination)

(1)  When the contract of reinsurance terminates before the end date of the reinsurance period the reinsurance period will end at the same time.

(2)  The premium owed by the reinsured until the effective date of termination shall be calculated pro-rata in relation to the reinsurance period. If the amount of premium owed does not adequately reflect the reinsurance liability already incurred the premium will be raised accordingly.
